The 13th Annual ADL Mahre Camp @Mt Hood, OR June 13-16th, 2024.
Join us for our biggest and most exciting Mahre Camp ever! The 13th Annual ADL Mahre Camp next June promises to be a huge festival of fun. We will have new partner contributions from Sidecut Tuning, Peak Skis, Kulkea and more TBA. We will be offering a 4 or 3 day GS Camp this year. Day 1 will get you back on snow and the Mahres will lead you with drills and warm up exorcises on the hill to get you set for 3 days of full GS gate training.
Experience Olympic class instruction from the greats of the sport. Phil and Steve Mahre along with possible guest coaches Evan Keefer from Waterville Academy & USST Downhill Coach Scotty Veenis. The coaches will lead racers in GS training on the famous Palmer Glacier of Mt Hood. We will also focus on improving everyone's general skiing ability with personalized instruction, daily video review and attention.
Participants will enjoy early mornings on the hill, racing, training and sharing stories with Phil and Steve, as well as afternoon video sessions and other activities. Friday afternoon we will have a tuning clinic with Chris Hilliar from SIDECUT . Particpants will be able to purchase Sidecut tools at preferred club pricing and learn from the master himself. Saturday night is our big party night and 2Hammers.org silent auction and of course, the infamous ADL Nagel Spiel Tournament of Champions. Unlike past years, this summers party will only include the people who are registered for the camp... So if you want to party and enter the Nagel Spiel Tourney you need to join the camp - it's a night you don't want to miss.
The ADL Mahre camp is a once in a lifetime experience with two of the greatest and nicest legends of the sport. In the spirit of the ADL we host this camp to improve our skiing, but more importantly to give back to the legends who inspired us to ski and race. All levels of skiers are welcome.
